I manage a small portfolio of properties for individual home owners. Using a network of databases, groups, and free listing sites I am able to find, vet, and fill properties at over 3 times the speed of professional property management services. Since I don't take the normal 10% gross margin as most property management companies do and let out my properties above the asking prices, I increase the margins of my clients by at least 10-15%. For my tenants, on Black Friday I buy them additional perks that are accessible to the house making my value proposition to my tenants second to none. As a result I have had no vacancies. I am looking for mentors and partners to grow with and learn from.
