Earle Hager

Earle Hager is the Managing Partner of The Neutrino Donut, LLC, a consultancy specializing in science management and commercialization.

With a background in economics and international business, including a B.S. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Baylor University, Mr. Hager has extensive experience in developing commercialization strategies for various industries.

His expertise spans biotech, IT products, medical devices, materials science, energy systems, agriculture systems, and consumer goods, with a focus on guiding early-stage technologies to market success.

Mr. Hager is a thought leader in commercialization processes, with experience in developing business models, executing entrepreneurial initiatives within organizations, and managing programs to advance emerging technologies.

His responsibilities include business planning, market identification, product development, grant proposal writing, and reviewing, as well as establishing key partnerships and overseeing budget/revenue planning.

Internationally, Mr. Hager has managed new technologies in countries like Hungary, India, Korea, Mexico, and Russia, working closely with partner organizations globally.

He has successfully led consulting services in technology commercialization for multiple years, driving profitable results and contributing to the growth of startups.

Mr. Hager's experience includes grant reviews for various agencies such as DoE, DoD, NIH, and NSF, marketing and business development for universities, and SBIR grant development.

He is a member of grant review panels with NIH and DoD, and he has developed institutional programs for the commercialization of emerging technologies using grant programs, licensing, and VC initiatives.

In addition to his role at The Neutrino Donut, Mr. Hager has held leadership positions in organizations like DiCodon Diagnostics, AirWare / GlucoWare, and UCI Applied Innovation, demonstrating his diverse skills in business development and management.

Educationally, Mr. Hager has a strong foundation from Sellersville Elementary to The Wharton School, Pennridge High School, and various renowned business schools.
