Mark Friedman is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive, and advisor with extensive experience in the branded and retail sector. He is the founder of The Retail Tracker, a strategic advisory and consulting firm that specializes in providing insights on how to compete in the ever-changing retail world, brand building, and financial strategy. In addition to working with established public companies, Mark and his team work extensively with early-stage and smaller private companies to help them grow and revitalize their operations.
Mark is also an experienced board member and strategic advisor. He served as a former board member of Iconix Brand Group and Roots, where he worked with private equity investors to ensure the success of the companies. He is currently a strategic advisor to Poq, Storr, and OLAD.
On top of his professional experience, Mark is the co-CEO of HARVST, a company that merges the next generation of ready-made meals with a charitable cause to feed those in need.
Mark holds an MBA in finance from The Wharton School and a BBA in accounting and finance from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
