Melissa Thompson has 25 years of experience in the biotechnology industry, specifically in regulatory affairs. She is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of Hyndsight Vision Systems, which developed a remote camera and monitor system for multiple applications such as rowing, marine, equine, agriculture, RV, construction, and other markets. Thompson has worked with all relevant agencies within the FDA and globally, making her a suitable consulting partner for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic markets. She has a solid educational background, obtaining a PhD in Organizational Management from Concordia University and a BS in Cytotechnology from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University.
