Lucie Gaudette, a retired nurse with a vast professional background in various capacities, is an expert in the field of mental health and intellectual disability. She has a Bachelor's degree from the Université de Montréal, majoring in Healthcare, Community and Gerontology, and Mental Health. She also has a diploma in nursing from the Cégep de Sorel. Throughout her career, she has served in various roles such as nurse caregiver, team leader, and assistant nurse leader.

She has garnered her expertise through many years of service in different healthcare organizations, including the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal and the Hopital Louis-H. Lafontaine, where she served in critical positions such as the head of the team and nurse aide, respectively. All these have made her an incredible nurse and a valuable addition to any healthcare organization.
