Kimber recently became an Active Duty Military Spouse, so she worked closely with her current employer, Aetos Systems Inc, to transition her role to a virtual position. This allowed her to work from anywhere inside or outside the continental United States which promotes active duty lifestyles. Kimber loves advocating for virtual Milspouse (Military Spouse) employment in the network VirtForce, which she co-founded in June of 2018. When she's not leading projects, she enjoys listening to podcasts, working on creative writing projects, and taking the jet ski out on the water.

In her career, she has worked across different fields in various roles, including Technical Support Team Lead, Business Analyst, Marketing Director, and Talent at companies like AT&T, Iron Tribe Fitness Denver, Clinton Global Initiative, and Studio 125.
