Mark Mullen is a highly accomplished venture capitalist and former senior banker. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bonfire Ventures, a Santa Monica-based venture capital firm that manages three funds and over $420 million in capital. Additionally, Mark is the Founder and largest investor in Double M Partners I & II and Mull Capital. With three decades of experience, Mark has closed more than 100 M&A and private equity deals as large as $10 billion, advising clients such as Carlyle, Altice, Liberty Global, Providence Equity & Cinven in 17 countries. He has lived and worked in various cities around the world, including Paris, London, Denver, and NYC. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management and a BSBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Denver.

Mark has a diverse range of past experience, having been formerly employed as a Senior Advisor to Mayor Villaraigosa, the Chief Operating Officer of the Office of Economic & Business Policy of the City of Los Angeles, and the Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets. Mark has also served on the board of many notable companies, such as Altice USA, Fama: Social Media Screening, and ChowNow. He is highly regarded within the venture capital industry and is known for his expertise in early-stage investments and advising startups.
