Josh Gretton

Josh Gretton, a highly accomplished professional with years of experience in talent acquisition, management, and banking, has joined Karat as Regional Manager. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Nottingham and has studied at St. Paul's School.

Before his current role at Karat, Josh was Talent Director, Market Manager, and Talent Manager at WorksHub, where he honed his skills in talent acquisition, management, and a deep understanding of the industry. Prior to his career in HR, Josh worked as an Associate - TMT Coverage, and Analyst at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, where he handled a broad range of financial services.

Josh has carried out over 80,000 technical interviews and has managed, trained and worked with talented individuals from various backgrounds within the tech community. He is an industry veteran who brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge that will help Karat expand its reach in the UK and Europe.
