Charly Jaffe is a mental health advocate, adventurer, and emotional fitness expert who has gained an impressive reputation as a keynote speaker, slam poet, and storyteller. Charly's exploration of the human psyche has motivated her to seek knowledge in different fields, from disciplined yoga schools to Suicide Prevention Hotlines and a Buddhist nunnery. She co-authored a best-selling book with her father called 'Turning Crisis Into Success' that focuses on emotional fitness and entrepreneurship.
