Scott Potential-CSM is a certified scrum master with a master's degree in business administration and a master's degree in human resources administration. With his expertise in agile transformations, lean operations, and start-up creation, he serves as a leader in his scrum team while also providing coaching services as the founder and owner of Successful Journeys Life Coaching. His professional interests include human-centred design, modernization, and marketing strategy, planning, and execution.

Scott Potential-CSM has a solid educational background, studying business administration at SUNY Brockport before earning an MBA from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and an MS in human resources administration from Fox School of Business at Temple University. His experience includes working as a Scrum Master at Savana, Inc. and serving as both Co-Founder and Scrum Master/Project Manager/Business Systems Analyst at Cohesion Communications and Vanguard, respectively.
