Paul J Kaplan is an accomplished corporate attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation, intellectual property, and vendor litigation. He has worked in various capacities at The Home Depot, including Assistant General Counsel for IP and Vendor Litigation and Senior Corporate Counsel for Commercial Litigation, Home Services, Store Ops, and Pro. Prior to joining The Home Depot, he was a Partner at FisherBroyles, LLP and an Associate Attorney at Alston & Bird LLP. Before his legal career, Kaplan worked as the Assistant to the Director of Public Information at The Carter Center. Kaplan is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Emory University, where he studied law and political science, respectively.
