Jon Teo is a healthcare technology planner and analyst with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is passionate about discovering and delivering innovative solutions to systemic problems in healthcare. Jon has worked on large, complex systems in both public and private organizations and has expertise in business architecture, business process engineering, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, vendor/supplier management, project management, national health information exchange (HIE), and electronic health/medical records (EHR/EMR). Jon has in-depth knowledge of the digital healthcare landscape and regulatory and cultural aspects of healthcare delivery in Asia.
