Gaurav Shinde

Gaurav Shinde is an accomplished individual who has challenged himself in various aspects of life, including sailing halfway around the world in an ocean yacht race.

In his professional career, Gaurav has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a strong work ethic, notably at Google where he led a global team and significantly improved output efficiency. Additionally, at 3M, he successfully set up a high-performing team from scratch and trained employees to excel in their roles.

Gaurav is well-versed in team building, people management, strategic planning, relationship management, technology management, operations, management consulting, and e-commerce enablement.

His educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from The Takshashila Institute, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ivey Business School at Western University, and a Bachelor of Mass Media from St. Xavier's College.
