With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Yonsei University, Ilkyu has a sound foundation in human resources and an exceptional background in Technical Recruiting, Executive Search, and HR Policies.

Previously, as Business Development Manager at NEG, Ilkyu acquired valuable experience in business strategy development and client relationship management. He then moved onto CareerCare where he worked as a Recruitment Consultant, where he expertly matched top talent with companies looking for the right fit. Most recently, Ilkyu is working at Hana TI as the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Ilkyu’s background in the US Army as a KATUSA Sergeant perfectly honed his skills in leadership, problem-solving, and resourcefulness. His exceptional attention to detail, combined with his excellent interpersonal skills, has been invaluable in his professional career.
