Kristina Dayback, CMA, is a highly experienced venture capital back-office support professional with a strong background in providing CFO-level services. Kristina has worked with over 300 different venture and private equity firms throughout her career, including hedge, real estate, buy-out private equity, and larger venture capital funds. She is well-versed in applying best-in-class processes and support to micro VC funds, and has a proven track record of success in this area.

Kristina holds a Masters of Accountancy, Concentration in Fraud and Forensic Accounting, and a BS in Accounting, both from Rider University. She has worked in various roles at VMS Fund Administration and Carta, including as Senior Manager, Director of Investor Services, and Strategic Account Executive.

Her expertise includes fund accounting, investor services, and fund administration, and she has a particular interest in venture capital and private equity. Kristina is known for her strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well with clients of all sizes and needs.
