As the Global Brand Marketing Nike.com senior channel strategy manager, I own and execute the 365-digital retail experience strategy & plans for Nike.com by effectively managing multiple priorities, timelines, tools & internal / external partnerships.
 
I work cross-functionally with internal & external partners (GCK, Merchandising, Creative, GDC & Geographies) to bring best in class digital experiences to life across Nike.com with a focus on delivering distinct value to our consumers to create compelling reasons for them to come back.

Working within the Global Brand Marketing department for adidas teen lifestyle brand, NEO Label, our focus was digital, social and mobile media, as well as still keeping traditional media relevant.We worked tirelessly towards the goal of the label to act as a true Social Retailer, leveraging all digital platforms to engage with global teens.

Managing timelines
Managing designers,  creative agencies and freelancers 
Working closely with the corporate identity side, and making sure that logos, fonts and guidelines are up to date, and used in the right way, to represent the brand rightly.
Working with legal and the licensing teams to make sure that everything on the identity side is legally checked and in accordance to the guidelines and aligned across the brand.

Owning up to 7 budgets for several 100k and working with SAP to make sure I am on target and on budget with all projects.

Skilled multitasker, working with many projects at one time, and keeping all balls in the air without dropping any.

Working closely with external agencies and freelancers from around the world, briefing them and managing them while they work on our projects - through different timezones and locations.

Producing photo shoots , i.e. planning, orchestrating and overseeing every single aspect of a project/shoot.

Working closely with production on bigger projects, setting up photo shoots, deciding on photographers, studios, casting etc. As well as being present on the shoot and making sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

BESTSELLER sells its products on 46 markets in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Canada through 2,520 chain stores, of which 308 are situated in Denmark, and 12,000 external multi-brand stores. In 2009/10 BESTSELLER opened 474 new stores, and had a turnover of € 1,961 million.
During my Internship period I worked on several different projects, providing me with a wide surface area in which I gained experience. Among these were:

Writing articles and texts for the intranet and the company website.
