Simon studied Doctor of Business Administration in Business Administration at the University of Bath Institute for Policy Research (IPR) and also attended Llandovery College. He has held various positions in a variety of companies, including Sigma Systems, Hansen Technologies, Accenture, and NCR Corporation, among others. Simon's expertise spans executive management, commercial strategy, and product marketing. As founder and CEO of Tribold, he played a key role in driving the company's growth, which subsequently led to its acquisition by Sigma Systems. He has also served on various boards and committees and received several accolades for his work.
