Michael Shatrov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and regional management. He is the Head of Marketing and Scouting at the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF), the fourth largest seed fund on the planet according to Dow Jones, where he bridges the gap between startups and the fund. Michael studied Master's degree in State and municipal management at Perm State Technical University (PSTU) and has a background in Economics. He is a former Program Director of Harvest Startup Weekend and A-Start Accelerator, Spring 2018 batch at Academpark. He has also served as the Regional Development Manager, Regional Representative, and PreAccelerator Consultant at IIDF. Additionally, Michael has served as the Coordinator at Committee on Innovations of Business Council under the Governor of Perm region, and as the Deputy Director at All-Russia Business Association "Delovaya Rossiya" (Business Russia).
