Amanda Rosenberg is a highly educated and experienced Clinical Nutritionist with a focus on critical care. She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist from the Oregon Health & Science University, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship Certificate. Additionally, Amanda obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Southeastern Career Technical Academy.
Throughout her career, Amanda has held multiple positions in the field of clinical nutrition. Most recently, she worked as a Critical Care Dietitian at Lee Health and as a Clinical Dietitian at PeaceHealth. Prior to that, she served as a Regulatory Dietitian at RDN Support and worked as a Graduate Studies Researcher and Dietetic Intern at Oregon Health & Science University. Amanda also has experience outside of the nutrition industry, having worked as an Associate Manager at Soma Intimates.
Amanda's education and experience have led her to be well-versed in a variety of areas related to nutrition, including critical care nutrition, regulatory compliance, and culinary expertise. She is a skilled practitioner with a track record of helping patients achieve their health goals. Her broad experience in different roles within the nutrition industry demonstrates her versatility and adaptability in different settings.
