- Providing detailed information to future students of the University of New England.• Contacting and communicating with potential students through inbound and outbound phone calls, LiveChat, social media, email and online enquiries.• Editing and proofreading brochures, pamphlets, and other material.• Executing every task in a timely matter, and understanding the importance of time management.• Responsible for all communication aspects (email, phone, Live Chat) of UNE’s 2015 Early Entry program. • Understanding the importance of customer service and at all times remaining professional, friendly and helpful. • Managing social media enquiries.• Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders of the university.• Familiar and comfortable with using Microsoft and Apple operating systems as well as corporate systems such as Customer Relationship Managers (CRM), Callista, Oracle Right Now, Skype for Business and Touch Point.• Selected to promote UNE at various events, forums and expos such as AgQuip, Open Day and HSC Booster Day. At these events I have also been required to create presentations and deliver them to large audiences.
