Bhavi P. is a highly experienced service designer and user experience expert. She has studied Interaction Design and Social Entrepreneurship at Austin Center for Design and holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Studio Arts from the University of Massachusetts Boston. With an extensive background spanning various design fields, Bhavi has honed her skills in rapid prototyping, wireframing, customer journey mapping, concept modeling, usability testing, design research, and service blueprinting.

Throughout her career, Bhavi has held several design leadership positions, including as a former Principal Service Designer at a consultancy, and as a former Design Research & Service Design at Idean, a Design Consultancy. Additionally, she has held roles at prestigious companies such as DreamWorks Animation, Sendero Health Plans, Saatchi & Saatchi, and T3. Bhavi is highly proficient in competitive analysis, think-aloud testing, change management, project planning, website and mobile application production, production and strategy, and creative services management.

Bhavi is also an Advanced UX II Education alumni at the Center for Media and Design, and has studied Continuing Studies in Graphic Design at Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
