Grew MicroMentor's annual revenue from $52k in FY16 to $1.28M in FY20.

Leadership Dedicated to Program Quality & Replication - Supervision of 3 employees across two departments, management and coaching of 10+ internships. Work directly with internal teams and global program stakeholders to deliver high value, complex partner programs for fortune 500 companies, foundations, government agencies and INGOs.

Rigorous Evidence Base - Established and head the MERL department within MicroMentor ensuring the quality and depth of the program’s evidence base.  Operationalized MERL activities, assembled a research team of academic advisors, secured funds for multi-year research projects, managed external evaluations with consultants and liaised with internal teams.

-  Managed relationships with the Paraguayan National Secretary of Youth, partnering Paraguayan NGOs and national and international stakeholders from the private sector.
