Roger Sjogren, a renowned Global Program Director and Concept Developer, has had an illustrious career spanning over three decades. He is known for his exceptional leadership and group development skills, along with his expertise in personal development, mentoring and coaching, curriculum development, and project management, among other specialties. Roger co-founded Hyper Island in 1995, where he served as the Project Manager until 2003. He later became the Concept Developer and Learning Designer at Hyper Island from 2006 to 2012.
