Victor Sebag is a co-founder and COO at Ouihelp, a startup focused on providing home care services to seniors in France. With a strong background in engineering and strategy consulting, Sebag has led Ouihelp's growth from a team of three to over 100 employees. After completing his baccalaureate with honors in science, he went on to study innovation technology at École Polytechnique, followed by a degree in design engineering from MINES ParisTech. Sebag has also worked as a senior consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where he advised clients in the healthcare, banking, retail, and construction sectors.

Sebag's passion for healthcare and social impact led him to co-found Time for the Planet, a non-profit organization focused on fighting climate change, where he served as an associate. Sebag has also been involved in research and development at the University of Pennsylvania and worked on sustainable food systems with Pie Ranch. Prior to his career in the private sector, he served in the Army.
