Thomas Eiden
Thomas Eiden is a nuclear engineer with a vast experience in neutron modeling, computational fluid dynamics, and microscopy operations. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before pursuing a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering/Engineering Physics. In addition, he studied at Y Combinator to advance his entrepreneurial skills.
Thomas has held various roles in the nuclear industry, including Reactor Engineer and ATR Experiment Engineer at Battelle Energy Alliance. He was also a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering and a Research Aide at Argonne National Laboratory. Thomas is also the Founder & CEO of Atomic Alchemy Inc., a company that specializes in nuclear and materials engineering consulting.
In his career, Thomas has honed his expertise in MCNP, HELIOS, MC21, and STAR-CCM+ software for neutronic modeling and computational fluid dynamics. He is also well-versed in X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy operations.
