Meet Wayee Chu, a seasoned finance and education professional, turned venture capitalist. She is a General Partner at Reach Capital, a venture firm focused on supporting education technology startups. Wayee is also a former Board Member at Campus, the leading platform for college students to connect, share and engage. An experienced activist, she was a Founding Member of All Raise, a nonprofit committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech industry. Further demonstrating her dedication to philanthropy, she has served on several boards including the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan, Yay Lunch, Handshake, Paper Edu, New Leaders for New Schools-Bay Area, and Wishbone.org. She has also worked as a Director of Finance at Lifestyle Media, Assistant Vice President, Equity Research at Merrill Lynch, and Financial Analyst, Corporate Treasury at Morgan Stanley. Wayee holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
