Candice Georgis has dedicated herself to helping high-achieving leaders bring self-care into their life to reach their leadership potential. As a former victim of hurt "leadership," Candice has learned that unresolved pain and traumas are stored in the body, resulting in chronic pain, tension and holding. Candice has studied Associate of Arts (A.A.), Heath Science at Santa Fe College and has taken up a career as a Private Yoga Instructor at Candescent Healing Arts, Teaching Artist: Yoga and mindfulness at The Boys and Girls Club - After 3 Arts, and Yoga Instructor at LA Fitness. By establishing a self-care practice that brings awareness to the body and its connection to your emotional and mental states, Candice helps clients become aware of how emotions and mental patterns are showing up and affecting day-to-day life to create healthier mental and emotional states.
