He has worked in various roles, including Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Governance Officer, Compliance Officer, and Ethics Officer. He has notably been a part of Russian corporations such as the largest infrastructure Sistema Russian Corporation's JV in India and the Russian Largest Telecom Operator "Mobile TeleSystems Public Joint Stock Company" (MTS). Arkady is well-versed in law and legal management and has a robust national and international background, having worked in countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, UK, Europe Union Countries, Switzerland, India, and South East Asia.
