Stephanie Koster

Stephanie Koster is an accomplished CFO and COO with a strong background in technology, innovation, and high-growth entities. She has held significant senior leadership positions at some of the biggest names in aerospace and defense, including Blue Origin, Boeing, Sierra Nevada Corporation, and Vector Launch Inc. Koster's expertise lies in partnering with businesses to quickly grow and scale them, achieve strategic and financial performance goals, and win customers.

Koster holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is bare to more than 10 years of experience in working in finance and business operations, encompassing accounting and tax, procurement, program support, IT and cybersecurity, enterprise systems and tools, and HR administration.

Aside from her work in the aerospace industry, Koster dedicates her time to various charitable endeavors, especially those focused on adoption and foster care.
