Mathew, over the past 3 and a half years, was the senior executive responsible for the delivery of P3 projects in Civil Infrastructure for Infrastructure Ontario, the P3 delivery agency for the government of Ontario. In his role as Senior Vice-President, Mathew’s mandate was to build a high performance team, establish processes for the new civil asset class, and deliver P3 projects in Highway and Transit sectors on-time and on-budget. During his tenure at Infrastructure Ontario, Mathew’s team reached Financial Close on the first civil infrastructure project for Infrastructure Ontario, the 2.2 Billion dollar Windsor-Essex Parkway. As well, his team was responsible for the Highway 407 East, Air Rail Link Spur Line, and Driver Examination Services projects.
