Anca Bogdana Rusu, a digital finance specialist, has immersed herself in leveraging blockchain technology to drive financial inclusion. With work experience aver Africa, Europe, and Latin America, she possesses an extensive background in fintech, economics, public policy, and program evaluation. Her fluency in English, Spanish, French, and Romanian has created opportunities for her to work on continually commuting between Bucharest, Berlin, and San Francisco.

Anca has studied at some of the top institutions globally, including MIT, the University of Bucharest, Georgetown University, and the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. She has held several positions in notable organizations such as cLabs in Partnerships, Policy and Advocacy, Senior Digital Finance Consultant at Sparkassenstiftung für internationale Kooperation e.V., Digital Finance Specialist at IFC - International Finance Corporation, and Analyst at The World Bank, among others.

Additionally, Anca was an Expert Panel member at EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum, a former teaching/research assistant at Georgetown University, and a former student research fellow and project manager at Atlas Network and Group for Applied Economics (gea.org.ro), respectively.
