Chinmay Deval is a water management professional with a wealth of experience in different Geo-scientific and sustainable practices. Deval holds a MSc in Earth Sciences with a specialization in Water Science and Management from Utrecht University and a MSc in Environmental Studies and Resource Management from TERI University, India. Deval has professional experience in a wide range of water resource management projects including hydrological modeling, remote sensing applications in watershed hydrology, industrial symbiosis, water quality, and phytoremediation. Deval's passion lies in sustainable water management, resilient cities, water-food-energy nexus, spatial hydrology, and ecohydrology. Currently a PHD Candidate at the University of Idaho, Deval had previously worked as a research intern at UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education and the International Water Management Institute (IWMI).
