Lori Farley-Toth is a seasoned Staffing Leader known for being a proactive problem solver and a collaborative partner with a knack for creating unique solutions to keep people employed and companies thriving safely.

Having a rich educational background, Lori attended the Negotiation Institute-executive education program for Improving negotiation effectiveness at Harvard Law School. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations from St. Joseph's College.

In terms of professional experience, Lori Farley-Toth has held key positions in various organizations. Currently, she serves in the Strategic Solutions Group-North East at Volt Workforce Solutions, leveraging her expertise to drive strategic initiatives. Previously, she excelled as the Vice President of Sales at National Recruiting Group and held several leadership roles at Adecco Staffing, USA, including Regional Vice President for Downstate New York & Long Island, Vice President of Sales for the Mid Atlantic Division, and Area Vice President. Prior to that, she managed the Direct Hire Division and was the Branch Manager for Suffolk County at Randstad USA.
