Dekyi Ypo

Dekyi Yangtso is a seasoned Entrepreneur and corporate professional with a rich background in the information technology and services sector. She excels in Business Development, Loyalty Solutions, and Talent Management.

In 2009, she co-established Reward360 Global Services Private Ltd., a company specializing in building and managing Loyalty platforms and global digital commerce for major corporations, particularly Banks across India, SE Asia, and the Middle East. Noteworthy clients include HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Emirates NBD, and Standard Chartered Bank. The company currently operates from offices in India, Dubai, and Singapore.

Before her involvement with Reward360, Dekyi founded various ventures such as a jewelry brand named 'Sempré,' a luxury photo studio known as 'Portrait Lounge,' and a high-end boutique store called 'YnG'.

Dekyi currently holds positions on the Executive boards of notable organizations. She is an esteemed member of YPO - Young President's Organization, an elite leadership association for Chief Executives worldwide, offering a global platform for engagement, learning, and professional advancement. Additionally, she serves as an Executive board member of FICCI Ladies Organization in the capacity of 'Joint Secretary and Head of IT'. FICCI represents the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

Her active involvement extends to the National Executive board of Ladies Circle India during 2015-2016 and as the 'Chairperson' of Bangalore Ladies Circle 31 from 2013 to 2014. Ladies Circle, affiliated with Round Table, is dedicated to charitable projects encompassing community service and development.

Moreover, Dekyi plays a pivotal role as the lead Mentor of the Tibetan Entrepreneurship Development (TED) Hub and acts as a founding member of the 'Global Tibetan Professionals Network' chapter based in Bangalore. She also held the position of General Secretary at the 'Indo Tibetan Friendship Society' from 2001 to 2002, actively guiding Tibetan refugee students and professionals by providing career mentorship and employment prospects.
