Presales Head - Europe: AMS & Testing Services

As a Head of Marketing and Presales for Testing Practice, my key responsibilities include:• Understand and analyse user needs, and conduct research on markets and competitors to identify new trends/opportunities for software testing services• Defining new service offerings in accordance with cross-functional cross-BU PMs and delivery teams• Identify key trends for business verticals to define domain aligned offerings – Key verticals include Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Utilities, Life Science & Healthcare and Manufacturing• Responsible for rolling out service offerings to global sales teams; driving sales for these services and tracking progress in terms of revenue generation• Preparation of collaterals, whitepapers, case studies , product demos and other marketing material• Devise and execute Go-to-Market Strategies for the Software Testing business• Initiate tele-calling/email campaigns in collaboration with central Pre-sales and Marketing team and drive lead generation for the services identified• Get involved in reviews of critical global testing services proposals• Generate interest in Testing offerings with support from global territory heads through roadshows, marketing events and workshops• Responsible for new business revenue targets for Testing Practice • Managing Analyst Relationships- handling Gartner Vendor Briefings, Analyst Inquiry sessions for Testing Practice• Handling Marketing Communications for Testing Practice
