Scott Ney is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in operational leadership, project and program management, transport planning and engineering, transport modelling, and public consultation. He has worked on major projects in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, successfully leading teams of technical experts to achieve clients' objectives. Currently, he works as a Client Director at WSP in Australia, where he is responsible for developing a culture of teamwork and providing positive and rewarding work experiences for his staff. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University, with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. With a passion for light rail transit, Scott has also worked as a Technical Executive and Practice Leader in this field at WSP and Parsons Brinckerhoff.
