As the President of Marketing Works, Bill oversees a team of skilled professionals who offer strategic guidance, marketing automation, market research, and promotional campaigns, among other services.

Before founding Marketing Works, Bill held numerous leadership roles in the marketing and communications industry, including President and Founder of Highbar Agency LLC, Client Experience and Business Development Executive at Questline, Senior Vice President at Fahlgren Mortine, and Vice President at Paul Werth Associates. Bill's diverse experience also includes roles as COO of GRIP Technology and Retail Consultant at Retail Planning Associates.

When he's not leading his team at Marketing Works, Bill is an enthusiastic volunteer with several non-profit organizations, focusing on improving the lives of children in his community. He's a magna cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University and also studied at Washington College.
