Kyle Wallace is a successful trial lawyer and appellate advocate at Shiver Hamilton, with extensive litigation and trial experience defending both large corporations and individuals. He helps people find justice in cases of personal injury, wrongful death, consumer class action litigation, and bad faith insurance litigation. Prior to joining Shiver Hamilton, Kyle was a partner at Alston & Bird LLP for 12 years, where he defended major companies in high-stakes litigation across the country, including federal multidistrict litigation (MDL). Before that, he worked as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Georgia. With a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he graduated first in his class, Kyle is an accomplished appellate advocate, having successfully presented oral argument to multiple federal appellate courts, such as the Eleventh Circuit as well as the Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. A leader in the legal community, he is often asked to speak and contribute to panels and publications on appellate law.

Kyle is married to Cherokee County District Attorney Shannon Wallace, and together, they have two teenage children and attend Woodstock City Church. He is active in the community and currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Cherokee Child Advocacy Council, which operates the Anna Crawford Children’s Center.
