Carlos Sanchis Beltré is an accomplished human resources professional with a passion for talent management and process improvement. With a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and additional education in workplace safety prevention, Carlos has spent much of his career in leadership roles within the Grupo Dulcesol company, including Director of Production and Jefe de Personal. He has also worked as an INGENIERO COLABORADOR for COOPERACIÓN ESPAÑOLA Y FRANCESA and as a JEFE DE PROYECTO for EUROCEN. EUROPEA DE CONTRATAS, gaining experience in maintenance and project management. Today, he serves as Adjunto a la Dirección de Gestión del Talento at Vicky Foods, where he focuses on finding and nurturing top talent, improving processes, and driving innovation.
