His dedication and expertise took him to prestigious positions such as Director of Operations Mortgage BPS and Operations Manager Mortgage BPS at SOURCECORP.

Rodriguez's experience also includes working at renowned companies such as Digital Realty, where he worked as a Data Center Remote Hands Manager, supporting diverse tenant requirements. He was also associated with 365 Data Centers as the Data Center Customer Support Manager, where he oversaw maintenance and management of multiple data centers for customers.

Rodriguez's extensive skills and experience made him the Data Center Operations Supervisor for eBay, PayPal, and StubHub at Milestone Technologies, Inc. and PayPal at Milestone Technologies as a Data Center Operations Supervisor, where he was responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the data center. Currently, he is serving as the Data Center Lead at OCC, where he oversees the installation, maintenance, and management of OCC Datacenter facilities.
