Abby Barton is a professional executive coach, leadership consultant, and facilitator with a strong commercial and leadership background. She obtained a 2:1 degree in geography and anthropology from the University of Durham before obtaining her Chartered Accountant (ACA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Abby gained a broad experience of blue-chip companies across various industries as a chartered accountant with PwC before deepening her knowledge of business and leadership in roles spanning commercial finance, business development, strategy, and transformation in large national and multinational corporations such as Microsoft, O2, and Sainsbury's.

Abby is currently the Director of Abby Barton Coaching, where her expertise is creating the right space for the growth of her clients; to deepen their connection with their highest potential and vision and bring this most effectively into their leadership. She offers professional coaching, drawing from her expertise in vertical leadership development, adult development, neuroscience, philosophy, psychology, energy, and somatics, which help her adapt to her client's needs and offer them access to greater capabilities and capacities in their leadership.
