Irma Stenman is a highly skilled and experienced leader with over two decades of experience in various industries, non-profit organizations, and the government. Her vast knowledge and expertise in international trade, export regulations and documentation requirements, database management, and fluency in five languages - Spanish, English, French, Italian, and Portuguese - make her an asset to any organization she works with. She holds certificates in Importing-Exporting Environment, Documentation for the Global Village, Credit Analysis, Business Retention and Expansion, and Gantt Charts for Project Management.

Additionally, Stenman has studied Basic Economic Development and Business Administration/Hotel Management earning a Bachelor's degree from Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo. She has also taken courses in Oracle 8i Database Administration, Microsoft Access, and Adobe Photoshop.

Through her professional career, Stenman has held various positions; she is currently the Program Manager at Seminole County Government, where she has gained an extensive background in developing, maintaining, and enhancing computer applications. Prior to this role, Stenman was the Business Development Director at Orlando Economic Partnership and has served as a board member at Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO) and a member at MACF. She has also held positions in network engineering planning and development coordination, administrative assistance, and front desk and executive housekeeping management.
