Steve Bachman is a veteran of the technology industry, with over 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, and corporate management. During his career, he has worked with startup and fast growth technology products and service companies, both self-funded and venture capital-funded. He has led multiple successful ventures, creating shareholder value through profitable company growth and sale of businesses to McAfee, NetIQ, Computer Associates, and others. Steve's areas of expertise include sales, marketing, operations, corporate management, and angel investment. He studied Environmental Science at the University of Rochester and has held roles as an advisor, mentor, and director to numerous companies and organizations. Steve is currently the CEO Partner at Hi Tech Partners and has served as a mentor at several accelerators, including Techstars and Comcast Ventures. He is also a former Taskforce Advisory Member at National Technology Security Coalition and Director, President (1998 and 2001) at Southeastern Software Association, among many others.
