Doug Blumhardt is a seasoned business and technology professional with over 35 years of experience in developing business operations and enterprise systems for various organizations ranging from banking/financial services to nonprofits, retail sales, and service. His educational background includes MBA Equivalent in Banking Administration from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking (University of Delaware) and BGS in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Currently, he is working as a Managing Consultant at Business and Technology Consulting, LLC, where he is involved in consulting work associated with business operations reengineering and enterprise systems-technology integration.

Blumhardt has an extensive work history and has held several leadership positions at various organizations throughout his career. He has served as the Chief Operating Officer for both Knowledge Elements, a collegiate online learning platform, and MyLifeOnline, a social network start-up. He has also been the Chief Information Officer of Gideons International, a well-known international nonprofit organization. He has held a senior vice president position at First Card (First National Bank of Chicago) and Associates Corporation of North America (now CitiFinancial). Additionally, he has worked as a Systems Manager at Citicorp (Citibank South Dakota N.A.) and First Data Corporation (Electronic Payment Systems).

Before pursuing his career in business and technology, Blumhardt served as a Software Developer and Computer Technician in the United States Air Force - Strategic Air Command (SAC). He also worked as a Gravel Crusher Conveyor Operator at Olsen Construction Company and a Ranch Hand and Equipment Operator at a Cattle Feedlot.

Blumhardt has also continued his education and professional development beyond his formal qualifications. In 2010, he completed a Study Fellowship in Biblical Worldview as part of the Centurions Program affiliated with Prison Fellowship.
