Vladimir Mirchev is a highly experienced and innovative investment advisory professional with over 13 years of experience in the fields of real estate, brown and green energy, manufacturing, and technology companies and startups. He possesses deep and diverse knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, hydro, biomass, and biogas. Mirchev is the Founder and Managing Director of two consulting companies, VHM Capital, an investment banking boutique specializing in M&A, fundraising, asset management, business, and financial consulting, and VHM Project engineering consulting company, focusing on project management, procurement, and engineering design. He co-founded the Bulgarian Biogas Association to promote and advocate biogas business in Bulgaria.

Mirchev has amassed a wealth of experience in various leadership positions, including Investment Manager for an investment company, where he was responsible for establishing and managing a portfolio of renewable energy projects in Bulgaria. He also served as the heading of the Eastern Bulgaria office of a commercial real estate consulting firm, where he managed the branch, offering financial modelling, valuation, and commercial real estate transaction advisory services. Vladimir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Corporate Finance, and he is currently undertaking his Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the Varna University of Economics.
