Rekha Jois

Rekha Jois is an analytical individual with a diverse background in hardware and software technical knowledge, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

With a strong foundation in both creative thinking and product design, she excels in problem-solving and developing innovative solutions using the latest technologies.

Rekha completed her High School Diploma at The American School in London before pursuing a MSE in Mechanical Engineering as well as a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Her professional journey includes managerial roles such as Manager, Engineering Project Management, and Senior Engineering Project Manager at Apple, where she demonstrated her expertise in leading technical projects.

Rekha has also gained valuable experience from her time as a Senior Associate at PwC, an Experienced Associate at PwC, a Business Technology Analyst at Street Solutions Inc., a Product Design Intern at Bashpole Group, LLC, and in roles such as Construction Support at Bechtel and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania.
