Heather Scott is a customer-obsessed strategist, marketer, and storyteller who has worked with well-known brands such as McDonald's, T-Mobile, Adidas, Volvo, and Amazon. She is an expert in customer experience, audience research and insights, digital marketing, and integrated marketing. Heather has worked in various positions, including VP Strategy at Essence, Vice President, Head of Strategy Planning Group at WE Communications, Principal Marketing Manager at Amazon, Director of Strategy and Insights at Wunderman, Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Microsoft, and Senior Partner and Product Manager at Intel Corporation. Heather has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Spanish from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. In her free time, she volunteers at the Seattle Animal Shelter and is involved in local organizations such as Social Media Club and US Sailing.
