Kitty Wooley is a leadership consultant and advocate of empowering public servants to lead from wherever they are. With extensive experience in government and academia, she motivates teams to work together effectively and produce meaningful results. Wooley has studied and developed skills in various fields, including change management, consulting, and customer service. She is the founder of Senior Fellows and Friends and has served on the boards of the Heller Center for Arts & Humanities at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and Eagle Rock Neighborhood Inc. Previously, she worked for the U.S. Department of Education in various roles related to management, program analysis, risk assessment, and human capital strategy.
