Iren Shkarovskaya is an accomplished professional with a diverse skill set that includes communications, public relations, advertising, events, and marketing. She has over two decades of managerial experience in financial communications, which has resulted in dozens of successful projects. Iren is adept at building and maintaining the reputation of a company and developing its business through communications. She has a keen interest in marketing retail financial products.

Iren holds a PhD in Philology from Lomonosov Moscow State University and an MBA in Strategic Management from California State University-East Bay. She also obtained a Master of Science in Journalism from Московский Государственный Университет им. М.В. Ломоносова (МГУ) and a Certificate in Investor Relations from the IR Society.

Prior to her current role at Home Credit and Finance Bank as the Head of PR, Iren served as the Head of Marketing & Communication at UniCredit Bank Russia and Head of PR & Advertising at Renaissance Insurance Group.
