Brittany Ecker is an experienced educator, mentor, and coach with almost three decades of expertise in golf and country club operations. She began her hospitality journey during her childhood through her family-owned business, furthering her knowledge in golf operations, food and beverage, tennis, aquatics, and clubhouse management. Brittany has excelled in management, with a focus on board, committee, member, and staff relations as well as strategic planning and implementation, VIP golf tournament planning and execution, and marketing, branding, and social media.

Brittany received a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology/Pastoral Ministry/Youth Ministry from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and also studied Masters of Theology in Hebrew Scriptures, Magna Cum Laude at Aquinas Institute of Theology.

Brittany's career is highlighted by her successful tenure as the Clubhouse Manager at Phoenix Country Club, Assistant Clubhouse Director at Interlachen Country Club, Director of Catering, Events, and Aquatics at Medina Golf & Country Club, and Head Cheerleading Coach at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School. She is currently a dedicated teacher at Seton Catholic Preparatory.
